Salary: $116,100 – $166,865 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday support, troubleshooting, and system performance monitoring.
• Configure and maintain business processes, security roles, notifications, and workflows within Workday.
• Manage Advanced Compensation modules, including matrices, merit grids, and eligibility rules.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to implement new functionality and optimize system automation.
• Perform regular data audits, support governance initiatives, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Manage integrations with third-party systems like Payroll, Benefits, and ATS.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of HRIS experience, including at least 2 years specifically supporting Workday.
• Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM and business process configuration.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with 3 days/week in-office presence in San Mateo, CA.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certification or equivalent advanced experience.
• Experience with Workday Security Administration and complex Calculated Fields.
• Proficiency in Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI).
• Experience supporting global HR processes and workforce management.
