What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of integration solutions from requirement gathering to production deployment.
• Translate complex global business requirements into scalable technical architecture.
• Act as the primary technical lead for third-party global payroll and time-management vendors.
• Perform complex data mapping, transformation, and validation between HR and downstream finance systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including flow diagrams and functional design specifications.
• Partner with HR module leads to identify system enhancements and process bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Minimum 6–9 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Global Payroll integration.
• Strong understanding of Employee Central data models and Payroll replication.
• Hands-on experience with middleware or cloud-based integration tools like SAP CPI.
• Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and negotiate vendor timelines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work onsite in Erlanger, KY.
