Salary: $153,000–$166,000

What you will do
- Design and implement cloud-based integrations across Workday, LMS, and enterprise systems using AWS.
- Build scalable, secure, and reusable integration patterns including APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Embed observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure proactive issue detection.
- Collaborate with product, security, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to engineering excellence by mentoring team members and promoting best practices in DevOps and cloud architecture.
- Manage the full lifecycle of integrations from architecture and development to deployment and support.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Workday integration experience (Studio and Eclipse).
- Advanced knowledge of Workday Financials, HCM, Reporting, Orchestrate, and EIB.
- Proven experience building cloud-based integrations using AWS and modern integration patterns.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- Experience designing resilient systems with fault tolerance and error handling.
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor team members in an Agile environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Workday Prism.
- Professional Workday certifications.
- Experience with React, NodeJS, Java, and AWS services like Lambda, SQS, and DynamoDB.
