What you will do

• Serve as the technical expert for Workday PATT modules, managing configuration, enhancements, and change requests.
• Partner with HR Service Centers to gather requirements, validate designs, and support user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to drive self-service and data-driven decision-making.
• Act as a Tier III support escalation point for complex system issues and process configuration challenges.
• Ensure system integrity, compliance, and data accuracy across all assigned HR technology platforms.
• Proactively research new feature releases and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Workday experience, including at least 3 years specifically in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
• Proven experience in managing system testing, data reconciliation, and documentation.

• Workday Pro Certification in Payroll.
