Salary: $92,000–$135,000

What you will do
- Lead HR technology implementation and enhancement efforts as the primary liaison with system partners.
- Evaluate bi-annual system releases, conduct impact assessments, and recommend configuration updates.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and support system integrations and data exchange processes.
- Administer SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration and Role-Based Permissions.
- Develop reporting and analytics to support business processes and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology implementation and administration.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HCM platforms.
- Experience supporting global HR systems, integrations, and data governance.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model based out of Downers Grove, IL.
Nice to have
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central, Compensation, or Variable Pay.
