What you will do

• Design and develop modular enablement curricula for resellers, GSIs, and technology alliances.
• Maintain a portfolio of instructor-led training courses, including workshops and multi-day bootcamps.
• Deliver engaging training sessions in person and virtually to diverse technical and sales audiences.
• Own the courseware lifecycle, ensuring materials reflect the latest product releases and market positioning.
• Collaborate with channel leadership and product marketing to align training with strategic priorities.
• Track and report on program effectiveness using completion rates, assessment scores, and feedback.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, L&D, or partner enablement in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of delivering instructor-led training to external audiences.
• Strong instructional design skills and ability to translate complex security concepts into clear learning experiences.
• Proficiency with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic) and LMS tools.
• Must be based in the US and willing to travel for in-person delivery.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, AI risk, or data security concepts.
