Salary: $130,000–$185,000 annually plus equity

What you will do

• Plan, develop, and deliver structured training programs and role-based learning paths for new and existing customers.
• Create high-quality enablement assets, including tutorials, how-to guides, and video content.
• Facilitate customer onboarding sessions, including learning plans and progress reviews.
• Collaborate with the Product team to ensure all training materials align with the latest roadmap and feature releases.
• Provide feedback loops from customers back to Product and Customer Success to identify knowledge gaps and friction points.
• Contribute to external-facing content such as webinars and conference workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of industrial experience in aerospace and defense.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (e.g., Siemens NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, PTC Creo, or Onshape).
• Working knowledge of FEA and/or CFD tools (e.g., Abaqus, Ansys, Fluent/CFX).
• Experience with Python or MATLAB scripting for engineering workflows.
• Excellent spoken and written English and willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Experience with hirify.global software.
• Background in customer-facing technical roles like application or solutions engineering.
• Exposure to design optimization, surrogate modeling, or AI/ML for inverse design.
• Active security clearance.
• Experience with video production or 3D animation software.
