What you will do
- Provide embedded technical advisory to influence customer automation maturity and platform adoption.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate utilization trends into expansion opportunities.
- Manage platform infrastructure, installation, and upgrade planning, including agent orchestration.
- Advise on AI-enabled use cases such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and order-to-cash automation.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure best practices in agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with product support to resolve escalated technical incidents.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in a technical customer-facing role such as TAM, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
- English fluency is required.
- Background in programming (e.g., C#, Python, Java, or PowerShell).
- Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies like LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Understanding of AI infrastructure, including model hosting, latency, and security.
- Ability to explain complex automation concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with platform capabilities like AI Center or Document Understanding.
- Domain expertise in retail, travel, hospitality, or supply chain industries.
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
