Location: Must be based in the USA (multiple office locations available, hybrid/remote options supported).

Salary: $162,000–$202,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive technical projects from ideation to delivery by managing complex schedules and removing roadblocks.
• Identify and operationalize key performance indicators to track progress and mitigate risks.
• Create processes to improve organizational effectiveness in meeting strategic business goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, data science, and business teams.
• Manage stakeholder communication and drive decision-making in ambiguous environments.
• Facilitate productive meetings ranging from small team syncs to large-scale organizational updates.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Manager on software development teams.
• 6+ years of experience in project and program management delivering products against plans.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship is not available).
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, data pipelines, and API integrations.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, distributed-responsibility environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLG concepts, experimentation, and monetization platforms.
• Ability to analyze user funnels, churn metrics, and system performance logs.
• Experience integrating AI into existing workflows.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global platform.
