Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience supporting high-growth or scaling sales organizations.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Boston HQ.
• Proven ability to be data-informed and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Early adopter of AI tools to improve recruiting effectiveness.
