Location: Must be based in Illinois (excluding Chicago city limits). Remote/Hybrid role within the United States.
Compensation: On Target Earnings of $300,000–$350,000 per year.

What you will do
- Build and maintain a multimillion-dollar pipeline of enterprise prospects.
- Manage full sales cycles from initial discovery and demos through final contract close.
- Identify key decision-makers and procurement processes within target accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to execute territory coverage strategies.
- Negotiate opportunity terms and implementation details to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast opportunities accurately using Salesforce to ensure consistent goal achievement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling SaaS software to B2B prospects.
- Must reside in Illinois (outside of Chicago city limits).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding enterprise sales quotas.
- Experience selling IT operations software or similar technical solutions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
