Location: Must be based in Florida or Georgia

Compensation: $385,000–$400,000

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a regional sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Implement sales methodologies and ensure effective use of CRM systems.
• Conduct business reviews to track activity, performance, and professional development of account executives.
• Identify territory growth opportunities and participate in recruitment activities.
• Manage key relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Assess customer needs and formulate effective security solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Florida or Georgia
• Proven history of overachievement in sales leadership within a hyper-growth startup.
• Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data security frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations.
• Experience managing CRM and opportunity management systems.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Background in cloud security, data, or AI sales.
• Experience with consultative selling methodologies.
