What you will do

  • Develop and execute a business plan to exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
  • Articulate the value proposition to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to C-level executives.
  • Create demand for un-budgeted solutions and navigate complex enterprise procurement processes.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and hit key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate across time zones as part of a remote-first organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of strategic security sales experience targeting Fortune-level organizations.
  • Must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area with a proven track record in the region.
  • Experience selling to IT and Security personas (CISOs/CIOs).
  • Demonstrated success in landing and expanding 7-figure deals.
  • Background in early-stage startup environments (under 1,000 employees).
  • Proficiency in MEDDIC sales methodology and channel-led sales motions.
