Senior Growth Marketing Executive, Affiliates (Affiliate Marketing): Accelerating growth for hirify.global’s Personal and Business Banking products in the EU by owning the EU affiliate strategy and end-to-end campaign lifecycle. Focus on driving localized partner execution, managing commercial negotiations, and ensuring technical tracking integrity across the affiliate ecosystem with an emphasis on performance optimization and compliance.

What you will do

  • Drive new growth across Personal and Business Banking in the EU through affiliate partnerships.
  • Own the EU affiliate channel strategy and execution for both new and existing partners, with support from the Affiliate Manager.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle: partner setup, financial promotion submissions, optimization, post-campaign analysis, and internal reporting.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with publishers while keeping customer acquisition costs front of mind and building high-value partnerships.
  • Ensure technical integrity of the affiliate ecosystem, including tracking setup in Impact and direct API integrations.
  • Establish partner compliance frameworks for local financial regulations and manage budgets across EU markets.

Requirements

  • Location: Cardiff or London, or fully remote within the UK
  • Proven experience running successful affiliate acquisition campaigns in a fast-growing business, ideally in financial services and/or across European markets.
  • Experience setting up and scaling new affiliate programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Impact (or similar networks) and digital tracking mechanics.
  • Experience navigating complex cross-functional organizations and managing external agencies.
  • Experience using data to communicate performance insights and a test-and-learn, agile approach.
