What you will do

  • Own the full P&L for direct-to-site online sales targets and build comprehensive growth models.
  • Plan and launch multi-touchpoint campaigns across paid and organic channels within a regulated environment.
  • Drive customer-centric growth by partnering with Organic, Propositions, and Digital Experience teams to optimize conversion rates (CRO).
  • Synthesize complex digital metrics into actionable insights and performance narratives for executive reviews.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media experts to continuously optimize digital marketing channels.
  • Align performance goals with broader company-wide strategic initiatives to influence business growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in digital performance management, ecommerce, or growth marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in digital sales KPIs with a proven track record of making data-backed strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to distill complex datasets into clear, narrative-driven reports for senior management.
  • Comfortable making quick, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Must be located in the UK (London or Nottingham).

Nice to have

  • Advanced knowledge of digital tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics (GA) and Tableau.
