What you will do

• Own the digital acquisition strategy and channel plans across Paid Social, Search, Display, and Influencers.
• Lead the experimentation roadmap, including landing page optimization, creative testing, and new platform launches.
• Manage multi-million-pound digital marketing budgets to maximize growth and efficiency.
• Produce performance reporting for senior stakeholders and use insights to inform investment decisions.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with digital agencies and platform partners.
• Lead and develop a direct report while improving team processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience independently managing performance marketing across Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, and Influencer channels.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with experience managing multi-million-pound media budgets.
• Proven ability to forecast channel performance and interpret marketing metrics including GA4 and attribution modeling.
• Experience managing agencies and platform partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with experience working in fast-paced environments.
