Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 base salary per annum

hirify.global is a leading insurance platform from Southeast Asia expanding its AI-integrated application services into the UK market.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy for the UK market.
  • Build, hire, and lead the UK marketing team from the ground up.
  • Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and CRM.
  • Optimize core performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.
  • Establish and evolve brand positioning and voice within the UK region.
  • Manage marketing budgets and lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in marketing strategy and execution.
  • Proven track record in scaling marketing and driving measurable growth.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, paid media, SEO, and CRM.
  • Experience leading teams, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or Hotjar.
  • Experience in brand building, influencer marketing, or partnerships.
  • Experience launching or scaling new markets in the UK or Europe.
