What you will do

  • Architect the full-funnel lifecycle for the UK market, reducing sales friction from lead to long-term client.
  • Design and execute omnichannel growth strategies across digital, social, content, and field marketing.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with VCs, accelerators, and startup community hubs to drive bundled growth.
  • Tailor the global value proposition to UK-specific nuances, including HMRC compliance and local business structures.
  • Own the regional P&L, optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while scaling lead volume.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to increase Leads to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in field and partner marketing within SaaS, Tech, or Event management agencies.
  • Deep understanding of the UK market, specifically marketing to VC-backed founders and independent sellers.
  • Proven track record of executing integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline growth.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Meta platforms, HubSpot drip campaigns, and SEO.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong bias for action.
