Manager, Learning & Development (AI)

Location: New York, United States

Base salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Support the Learning & Development strategy and translate business capability needs into scalable learning programs.
• Design and deliver onboarding, professional skills, career development, manager development, and leadership development initiatives.
• Build skills academies, structured learning pathways, mentorship programs, and specialized business learning initiatives.
• Coordinate compliance training, track participation and completion, and provide reporting to stakeholders.
• Administer and optimize the LMS, manage learning content and assignments, and oversee external learning providers and partnerships.
• Manage program planning, communications, budgets, vendors, learning metrics, feedback, dashboards, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs from concept through execution.
• Experience with manager or leadership development, onboarding, career development, or professional skills programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems and managing learning data, assignments, and reporting.
• Experience with AI-enabled learning platforms and tools, including implementation and integration into learning programs.
