Learning and Development Lead (AI)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $162,000–$259,000 per year, plus annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits

What you will do

• Own the learning and development strategy and portfolio in alignment with business priorities and future capability needs.
• Build and evolve leadership and manager development programs from onboarding through advanced skill-building.
• Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning to create scalable guides, toolkits, and cohort programs.
• Manage learning programs end-to-end, including needs assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Maintain compliance training, course budgets, resources, vendor relationships, and learning metrics.
• Evaluate AI-driven learning tools and support broader organizational AI adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related HR discipline.
• Experience with manager development, learning portfolio ownership, and partnership with business leaders.
• Product management experience, including roadmapping, prioritization, and stakeholder buy-in.
• Strong instructional design skills grounded in adult learning principles.
• Experience using data to evaluate impact and shape strategy.
• Excellent facilitation, executive communication, vendor management, and budget management skills.
