Compliance Officer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Plan and execute the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan and related QA activities.
• Conduct internal compliance reviews and manage remediation actions.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to CSSF, FIU, and law enforcement.
• Draft internal policies and procedures according to CSSF expectations.
• Oversee outsourced compliance operations and deliver AML/CTF training programs.
• Maintain compliance logs and contribute to board and management reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in Luxembourg.
• 3+ years of experience in Compliance or Internal/External audit.
• Practical experience in AML processes.
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework governing Luxembourg's financial sector.
• English: C1 (Excellent written and verbal communication skills).
• Ability to integrate AI tools into research and analysis while maintaining regulatory accuracy.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in law.
• Previous experience in European Fintech or a Luxembourg EMI.
