What you will do

• Proactively recruit and manage affiliates, VIP traders, and crypto influencers in the Romanian market.
• Implement growth strategies to increase trading volume and user acquisition through affiliate channels.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term business relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the product team to provide market insights and optimize offerings for local users.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify market gaps and refine business strategies.
• Initiate and lead partnership meetings to expand cooperation both locally and internationally.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Romanian is required.
• Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto, finance, or trading industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data for strategic decision-making.
• In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in Eastern Europe.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding business targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
