Supply Chain Planner (Automotive)

Location: Must be based in Poland (Ostrów Wielkopolski/Wrocław). Relocation bonus available for candidates based more than 100 km from Wrocław.

What you will do

• Coordinate special transports and manage ad hoc tenders and transportation requests.
• Create RFQs and analyze offers from forwarders in a timely manner.
• Select the most suitable transportation solutions and place transport orders.
• Monitor the entire transport process to ensure on-time deliveries and manage risks.
• Collaborate daily with forwarders, hirify.global plants, and regional logistics teams.
• Work in a two-shift system (07:00–15:00 and 12:00–20:00).

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, transport planning, or the TSL industry.
• Fluent English skills (C1) spoken and written.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under time pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Higher education, preferably in logistics-related studies.

Nice to have

• German language proficiency.
• Knowledge of logistics processes specifically within the automotive industry.
