What you will do

• Maintain safety, quality, performance, and customer experience standards across inbound or outbound operations.
• Direct Area Managers with clear expectations, performance benchmarks, and accountability.
• Set performance metrics, provide feedback, and enforce accountability measures.
• Lead quality initiatives, process improvements, and Lean projects to achieve distribution center objectives.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including budgeting, forecasting, recruitment, workforce planning, and financial analysis.
• Optimize operational costs and performance through supply chain integration and strategic management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant operations experience.
• 7+ years of operations experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, retail, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of 10+ people and developing team members.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Direct experience in a similar logistical or distribution center working environment.
