What you will do

• Provide technical and regulatory support for chemical handling, biosafety, and hazardous waste management.
• Conduct EHS inspections across cleanroom, warehouse, and laboratory environments.
• Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training content for diverse site audiences.
• Support site emergency response activities and maintain First Responder certifications.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards to ensure accurate reporting and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be available for 3rd shift: Sunday night–Friday morning (10:00 PM–6:30 AM or 11:00 PM–7:30 AM).
• Associate degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Studies, Life Sciences) or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant EHS experience, preferably in a GMP or manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements (EPA, OSHA, DEP) and industry standards (NIOSH, ACGIH, NFPA, ANSI, ISO).
• Proficiency in OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens standards and general biosafety concepts.
• Ability to gown into and work in a cleanroom environment and utilize respiratory protection.
