What you will do

• Lead the execution of corporate safety and health programs across multiple facilities.
• Coach and influence Facility Safety Program Managers and Coordinators.
• Conduct site audits, safety assessments, and track corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis for OSHA-recordable events.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, and NIOSH standards.
• Support outage planning and high-risk safety-critical work activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial safety and health within manufacturing, energy, or heavy industry.
• Minimum 4 years of regional or multi-site leadership experience.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial hygiene principles.
• Proven ability to influence safety performance across geographically dispersed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 70% across assigned regional sites.
