What you will do

• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and comprehensive risk assessments.
• Drive safety program implementation through data-driven strategies and innovative solutions.
• Deliver engaging safety training to associates to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Serve as a trusted safety advisor and advocate for associate wellbeing.
• Partner with leadership to influence behavioral changes and ensure safety best practices.
• Maintain emergency response readiness and assist in site-level emergency care.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tualatin, OR
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910).
• Minimum 1 year of EHS experience OR a bachelor’s degree in an EHS-relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within 3 weeks of start date.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field.
• Experience in worker's compensation case management.
• Experience leading and managing teams.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
