Salary: $133,580 - $212,160 USD

What you will do
- Lead the monthly end-to-end SIOP process, including demand, supply, and inventory consensus.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align Sales, Programs, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
- Partner with data science and digital teams to design and implement advanced planning tools and analytics.
- Perform gap analyses between demand and supply to identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
- Ensure SIOP plans are aligned with financial targets and support revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain SIOP playbooks, calendars, and standard work to ensure process discipline.
Requirements
- Must be able to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or Finance.
- 5–8+ years of progressive experience in demand/supply planning or S&OP/SIOP leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools.
- Proven ability to influence and drive decisions cross-functionally at all organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
