Location: Must be based onsite in Torrance, CA

Salary: $133,580 - $212,160 USD

Divergent is a technology company that has developed the Divergent Adaptive Production System (DAPS), an end-to-end factory system utilizing machine learning for additive manufacturing of complex vehicle structures.

What you will do

  • Lead the monthly end-to-end SIOP process, including demand, supply, and inventory consensus.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align Sales, Programs, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
  • Partner with data science and digital teams to design and implement advanced planning tools and analytics.
  • Perform gap analyses between demand and supply to identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
  • Ensure SIOP plans are aligned with financial targets and support revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain SIOP playbooks, calendars, and standard work to ensure process discipline.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or Finance.
  • 5–8+ years of progressive experience in demand/supply planning or S&OP/SIOP leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive decisions cross-functionally at all organizational levels.
  • Solid understanding of forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
