What you will do
- Independently manage a portfolio of 100+ B2B clients.
- Build and improve relationships with new and existing clients transitioned from the Sales department.
- Coordinate between clients and internal departments including marketing, compliance, and sales.
- Conduct daily B2B communication via chat and video calls.
- Drive revenue growth to secure healthy, long-term client partnerships.
- Manage and execute client-specific promotions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer care or customer relationship management.
- Russian and fluent English (written and spoken) are required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and maintain high organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proactive approach to identifying growth and engagement opportunities.

- Experience in the iGaming industry.
