What you will do

• Own the Customer Asset Storage (CAS) roadmap from initial ideation through delivery and measurement.
• Design reusable capabilities and APIs used at scale by CRM, Marketing, and AI teams.
• Collaborate with engineers to manage technical trade-offs and determine platform architecture.
• Lead discovery sessions for AI asset use cases and social authentication (signup/login).
• Partner with Legal and Customer Care teams to ensure secure and compliant customer data handling.
• Reduce operational costs by migrating to modern cloud infrastructure and retiring legacy systems.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager owning a product area through its full lifecycle.
• Platform mindset with the ability to build tools serving multiple internal users.
• Ability to communicate confidently with engineers regarding APIs, events, and technical architecture.
• Proven track record of driving complicated projects across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using data and dashboards to inform decision-making and set priorities.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Amsterdam, NL

Nice to have

• Experience building shared service products or infrastructure in large-scale environments.
• Experience with identity management, digital assets, or AI-enabled products.
• Formal qualification in a technology or product-related field.
