What you will do

• Define and drive the market-focused vision, strategy, and requirements for the self-managed product portfolio.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer needs with business and technical objectives.
• Analyze feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare initiatives and ensure the delivery of scalable enterprise capabilities.
• Reduce deployment complexity across Kubernetes-based, on-premises, and air-gapped environments.
• Monitor market trends and competitive positioning in collaboration with sales and solutions teams.

Requirements

• Experience managing platform products across SaaS and self-managed or on-premises environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development and infrastructure deployment models.
• Experience working with customers in regulated sectors such as banking, financial services, or insurance.
• Ability to translate market insights and customer feedback into clear product strategies.
• Must be based in Slovenia.
• Excellent communication skills for working effectively in a distributed, global environment.
