What you will do

• Analyze complex personal and business financial records to identify kickbacks and trace money flows.
• Calculate ability-to-pay settlements, analyzing debt covenants, borrowing capacity, and financial ratios.
• Perform healthcare claims data analysis and create financial damage models for litigation.
• Conduct asset valuations and records reconstruction to quantify damages.
• Prepare expert reports and provide testimony in legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys, investigators, and independent experts to present financial evidence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in forensic financial accounting, litigation consulting, and/or healthcare fraud analysis.
• Clear understanding of the rules of evidence and civil procedures required for criminal and civil investigations.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
