Audit Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Must be based in the United States. This is a remote role with approximately 30% travel required for onsite client work.

Salary: $110,000–$166,000

What you will do

• Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements while overseeing multiple project teams.
• Partner with senior leadership on risk assessment, audit procedures, and financial reporting.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, planning, budgeting, and fieldwork execution.
• Research and communicate guidance on complex accounting matters and transactions.
• Assist clients with GAAP compliance and the adoption of FASB Accounting Standard Updates.
• Serve as an instructor for internal training programs and lead business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum of five years of public accounting experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Real Estate industry experience in private or public sectors required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
