Compensation: $150K – $190K

What you will do
- Own the Germany territory and execute strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Manage full enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
- Develop trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders to lead conversations on AI transformation and creative workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide market insights and influence product development.
- Build the company's reputation and relationships within the German AI, media, and advertising ecosystems.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of enterprise SaaS, AI, cloud, MarTech, or AdTech sales experience.
- Proven success in exceeding revenue targets within large enterprise organizations.
- Must be based in Germany.
- Proficiency in German and English is required.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience selling generative AI, creative technology, or media platforms.
- Existing relationships with enterprise organizations and agencies across Germany.
- Experience working in a high-growth venture-backed startup.
- Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) and enterprise sales models.
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
