What you will do

• Create management reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial results.
• Develop annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
• Advise department leadership on revenue and expense management by identifying key performance drivers.
• Drive continuous improvement opportunities for the Finance organization.
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives with BU Finance and Corporate FP&A teams.
• Perform ad hoc analyses regarding pricing renewals and sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1+ years of financial analysis experience.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, TM1, and Anaplan.
• Experience implementing AI initiatives.
