Salary: $71,000 - $90,000

What you will do

• Update AutoCAD drawings for department moves, additions, and seating requests.
• Manage project-related paperwork, including contracts, purchase orders, and certificates of insurance.
• Coordinate facility moves and maintain accurate staffing headcount records.
• Collaborate with the interior design team to uphold company design and finish standards.
• Prepare meeting minutes and project correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities adhere to the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance regulations.

Requirements

• Associate degree with 3+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work on-site in Alameda, CA.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Revit or Microsoft Project.
