Sales Representative (Education)

TL;DR

Sales Representative (Education): Promoting Macmillan’s ELT portfolio and providing support to schools and teachers with an accent on field-based visits and relationship management. Focus on maximizing product promotion within the South-Western Czech Republic and delivering product presentations.

Location: Fully remote with extensive travel within the South-Western Czech Republic (Plzno, Karlove Vary, Ceske Budejovice, Prague)

What you will do

• Organize and execute an extensive program of visits to schools and distribution partners in the territory.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to provide high-quality post-sales support.
• Attend and report on exhibitions, seminars, and conferences within the assigned region.
• Collect and supply market feedback based on client visits and professional contacts.
• Update the customer database and assist with marketing and publishing projects.
• Handle queries and correspondence from educational institutions and teachers.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (C1) and native Czech language skills are mandatory.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (valid driving license required).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability in meeting deadlines and the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• University degree in Education, Languages, or a related field.
• Experience in English Language Teaching (ELT) or the publishing/education sector.
• Previous sales experience.
