TL;DR

Strategic Partnership Development Senior Manager (Air Transport IT): Lead development of new partnership models supporting hirify.global’s business strategy with an accent on identifying opportunities, co-creating joint offerings, and structuring commercial arrangements. Focus on negotiating long-term agreements, innovating digital data-driven solutions, and engaging C-level stakeholders across the Air Transport ecosystem.

Barcelona, Spain; Reading, United Kingdom; Prague, Czech Republic. Flex Week: work from home up to 2 days/week (depending on team and customer needs). 20%-50% international travel required. Flex-Location: up to 30 days/year from anywhere in the world.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies driving mutual value, growth, and innovation, including diversity and sustainability focus.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partners like system integrators; lead negotiations and structure commercial agreements.
  • Propose innovative digital/data-driven concepts; co-create IT solutions addressing Air Transport pain points.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, finance, legal; mentor juniors.
  • Monitor partnership performance, ensure governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events; build relationships with external C-level executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, IT Management or related
  • 7+ years in strategic partnership development or related (ideally corporate strategy, management consulting)
  • Experience in Air Transport or travel industry
  • Deep understanding of Travel & Transport operations and challenges
  • Strong analytical/strategic thinking, negotiation, communication skills
  • Proven track record in partnerships; ability to work independently/collaboratively; C-level engagement
