TL;DR

SDR Team Lead (Sales): Leading and coaching a team of outbound SDRs for Italian Growth Markets with an accent on pipeline generation, skill development, and process optimization. Focus on driving operational excellence, mentoring junior talent, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to maximize sales impact.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona. Relocation support is available for this role.

What you will do

  • Lead and support a team of up to 8 Outbound SDRs through weekly 1:1s and performance reviews.
  • Coach and mentor team members, identifying training needs and supporting new hire onboarding.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions including role-plays and pitch simulations.
  • Collaborate with SDR Managers to create playbooks, scripts, and materials that drive results.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving processes and ensuring data accuracy in the CRM.
  • Foster cross-functional communication with Sales to align on goals and strategies.

Requirements

  • Business fluency in English and Italian is required.
  • Extensive experience in outbound sales and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence and CRM management.
