What you will do

  • Manage a named-account list of SME and Mid-Market accounts in the DACH region, focusing on pipeline quality.
  • Conduct high-velocity outbound conversations and discovery calls with key decision-makers.
  • Turn regulatory shifts and company news into signal-driven outreach strategies.
  • Handoff qualified opportunities to Account Executives using HubSpot with high forecasting accuracy.
  • Build and optimize personal AI workflows and agents for research and enrichment using Claude and modern tools.
  • Pilot, train, and scale AI SDRs for inbound and outbound operations.

Requirements

  • Top-tier university degree or up to two years of professional working experience.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Must be based in Madrid, Spain for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • AI-first mindset with experience using Claude and building lightweight agents/workflows.
  • High resilience and motivation to succeed in a high-performance, outbound-heavy sales culture.
  • Full ownership mentality regarding pipeline targets and professional development.
