TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (French Market): Engage and qualify prospects in the French market for energy management solutions with an accent on outbound sales and pipeline building. Focus on researching leads, presenting value propositions via phone/email/video, scheduling meetings, facilitating demos, and CRM tracking.

Barcelona Office, Full time On-site. Remote flexibility up to 2 months/year (with manager approval).

What you will do

  • Research and identify potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, and video calls to generate interest
  • Present hirify.global’s value proposition to potential customers
  • Schedule meetings with Account Executives to progress leads
  • Facilitate client participation in product demonstrations
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and track interactions

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in sales (outbound sales or cold calling preferred)
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate value proposition
  • Results-driven, proactive mindset with focus on goals
