What you will do

  • Lead generation and prospecting: identify and qualify potential SaaS clients and target key decision makers.
  • Own sales pipeline management: build and manage a robust pipeline to meet acquisition targets.
  • Run targeted outreach: execute personalized campaigns via email, phone, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct needs assessments: run discovery calls to align hirify.global solutions to prospect pain points.
  • Deliver sales presentations and demos: tailor messaging to prospect industry and ROI.
  • Close deals and manage CRM: handle objections, secure signed contracts, and keep CRM records updated with regular progress reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience as an SDR, BDR, or AE in SaaS (all levels considered).
  • Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated negotiation and closing skills, plus a track record of hitting/exceeding quota.
  • Excellent organization and portfolio management to handle many opportunities across buying stages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German.
  • Consultative, customer-first approach with the ability to build trust with stakeholders.
