TL;DR

Founding European Sales Development Representative (SDR) (Fintech): Launching and scaling outbound sales motions internationally with an accent on cold calling and pipeline generation. Location: Must be based in the UK or Europe

Salary: £45K – £52K base (OTE: £65K–£78K) for UK; €53K – €61K base (OTE: €76K–€91K) for Europe

What you will do

  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies primarily through cold calling, aiming for 100 calls per day.
  • Identify and engage high-potential prospects via email, phone, social media, and events.
  • Partner with Account Executives to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Research accounts and craft targeted messaging to communicate the value proposition effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and best practices for international market expansion.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German (C1 level) to engage prospects across DACH markets.
  • Must be based in the UK or Europe to align with regional operations.
  • Proven history of consistently exceeding sales goals and performance targets.
  • Strong preference for cold calling as the primary method of outreach.
  • Customer-obsessed approach with a commitment to understanding client needs.
  • Independent and collaborative mindset suitable for a high-documentation, low-meeting culture.
