What you will do
- Lead and inspire a team of SDRs focused on the Spanish market.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to boost productivity and results.
- Coach the team through ongoing training sessions, daily feedback, and tailored development plans.
- Partner with Sales Managers, AEs, and Marketing to define a unified prospecting strategy.
- Ensure the team consistently hits individual and team goals, including MRR and demos.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement, RevOps, and the Sales Director to improve the SDR to AE handoff.
Requirements
- Spanish: Expert level required
- English: Excellent level required
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience within SaaS or digital transformation environments.
- Experience leading a team of SDR/BDRs or significant experience as a senior SDR.
- Strong skills in data analysis and commercial strategy development.
- Hunter and Farmer mentality with a strong work ethic and ownership.
