What you will do

• Conduct cold outbound calls and qualify inbound sales leads to identify customer requirements.
• Perform virtual product demonstrations using screen share technology.
• Manage lead follow-up and ensure timely data input for processing.
• Support sales campaigns and identify new growth opportunities for the team.
• Communicate the value proposition of IXL products to new global users.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Raleigh, NC area
• BA/BS degree.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or the education/software industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on telephone presentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset.

• Experience with Salesforce.com.
