What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of client accounts.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the HR, payroll, PEO, and EOR product suite.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders including CFOs, COOs, and HR leaders.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client health and present tailored solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to advocate for client needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and meet revenue expansion targets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in account management or customer success.
- Must be based in or willing to work from New York City.
- Familiarity with HR, payroll, PEO, or benefits products.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a large book of business in a fast-paced startup environment.
