Team Manager (Fintech)

Location: Charlotte, NC; hybrid. The role is based in the United States and requires authorization to work in the United States.

Salary: $77,400–$86,000 per year, plus a 25% annual bonus target and company equity in the form of RSUs.

What you will do

• Lead a team of up to 18 Customer Success Associates across varying experience levels.
• Oversee productivity, efficiency, quality, and SLA performance through coaching, evaluations, and continuous improvement.
• Provide product knowledge, best practices, and policy training to support consistent customer interactions.
• Manage daily operations, workflows, escalated customer issues, and agent performance.
• Maintain performance records, PTO administration, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
• Partner with Workforce Management, HR, and IT to resolve employee concerns and maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in customer support, contact centers, or financial services.
• Experience managing performance metrics and driving team improvements.
• Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and accountability skills.
• High proficiency with workforce management tools, CRM systems, and data analysis platforms.
• Must hold an NMLS License and meet the qualifications for Qualified Individual licensing in the required states.
