What you will do

• Execute strategies to acquire new mid-market clients within designated territories.
• Engage with CFOs, COOs, and HR administrators to present and promote payroll, PEO, and EOR solutions.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing.
• Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and collaboration with SDRs.
• Maintain CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline accuracy to optimize the sales process.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year selling into the Mid-Market segment.
• Proven track record of developing greenfield territories and adding net new logos.
• Ability to execute across the full sales cycle.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Must be eligible for US-based employment (indicated by 401K and US health benefits).
