Account Executive (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel for enterprise customers.

Compensation: $90K–$100K base salary; $200K OTE, plus equity depending on location; uncapped commission with accelerators above 100%.

What you will do

• Convert existing product users into paying teams and identify opportunities within larger organizations.
• Run the full sales cycle, including first touch, discovery, demos, pricing, and closing.
• Build sales messaging, prospecting sequences, objection handling, and qualification standards.
• Develop repeatable sales patterns that can be used to train future representatives.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and own sales outcomes.

Requirements

• Close at least 30 deals personally during the last 12 months.
• Have achieved quota in two of the last three measured periods.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Have experience working without a playbook or creating one from scratch.
