What you will do

  • Build and manage a portfolio of commercial finance introducers in the West Midlands.
  • Manage lending applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Collaborate across the bank to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support lending applications in alignment with credit policy and appetite.
  • Deliver territory business plans and meet targeted lending volumes.
  • Promote bank culture and values while maintaining internal controls.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK with the right to work.
  • Proven career progression in business development within the commercial mortgage broker market.
  • Strong understanding of SME banking, commercial property lending, and associated products.
  • Ability to structure complex commercial mortgage proposals and write credit applications.
  • Experience in analyzing business fundamentals, financial accounts, and key ratios.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
